Ethereal is a connection forward retreat centered around allowing your inner child to play. We can't wait to frolic in fields, craft with our hands, and explore together.
WHAT IS INCLUDED?
At Ethereal we have you covered, from your airport transfer and lodging to the food and activities. Once you arrive at the Terrace Airport (YXT) you won't need to worry about anything, other than enjoying yourself! Propelthemoon Photography and Taylah Jane Photography will style four fantasy looks for you. We will style a morning shoot, sunset shoot, group shoot, and night shoot. ileah will be the photographer for your group shoot, night shoot, and one of your morning or sunset shoots. Taylah will be the photographer of either your morning or sunset shoot. You have the choice to participate in the group shoot with your fellow attendees! Your Ethereal ticket includes 8 fine art fantasy images from each shoot edited by Propelthemoon.
There will be an option of a make-up and hair add-on to help create your mystical looks.

Hello! My name is ileah (eye-Leah), also known as Propelthemoon Photography, and I'm passionate about creating images that feel like they've leapt right out of our daydreams!
I'm beyond excited to connect with more fantasy enthusiasts, and create some true magic together! I love collaborating with other creatives, and diving right into fantasy worlds that light up our joy!
I hope that through this retreat I can cultivate a space that celebrates whimsy, creation and bonding with others that share a love for magic!

My name is Taylah and I am thrilled to be a part of this event. I am ileah's right hand woman for this magical week. I am fulfilled by creating a seamless experience for you.
In my own work I am all about empowerment. I shoot boudoir and couldn't be more honoured to be behind the lens for each and every person that walks into my studio.
I aim to foster a welcoming, safe, and fun environment in my personal work and this retreat will be no different! I am a hugger, a giggler, and a helping hand wherever I can!
OUR SECLUDED CABINS
We are thrilled to host Ethereal at Hidden Acres in Terrace, with five cabins and three tiny homes we have plenty of space for both extroverts and introverts alike. The cabins and their massive acreage will be our home away from home for the week. We also have a wonderful modern barn to both spend time together, and style our fantasy looks in. We can't wait for the memories we will create together here!

Styling Day!
We will use our first day together to style your shoots. Once styled we will discuss locations based on our magical vision and you will be assigned a group! You will be split into two groups. Your group will be doing your solo shoots at the same time! Two attendees will be shooting with ileah and two with Taylah.

Application Process
Once you know this retreat is up your alley head to the bottom of this page and fill in the application form. The due date for applications is January 1st 2027 There are only 8 spots to fill so apply as soon as possible! You will hear back from us within 1-2 weeks of submitting your application! If accepted we will send over a contract and invoice. Once you have signed and paid you are officially attending!

MINDSET
PRICING & PACKAGES
Tiny Home - Alder + Aspen
The most private spaces on the property. Alder + Aspen are tiny homes with a living space and separate room with queen beds. There are only two of these tiny homes available. This cabin can be split with a friend or booked just for yourself.

Tiny Home - Willow
With complete privacy Willow is the smaller of the three tiny homes, with a queen loft over your couch. There is only one of these sweet little homes. This cabin can be split with a friend or booked for yourself.

Cabins
The most affordable option! Are you ready to have a slumber party? What better way to bond with your fellow attendees. Each cabin has two beds in the loft. When booking the cabin you will have a roommate to share your experience with!

FAQ
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We offer payment plans at an additional cost of $100. Payment plans will start with a $500 deposit.
Tell me more about transportation?
During the retreat we will have three vehicles that will shuttle the group around! Airport pick-up and drop-off will be set in advance so that you can coordinate your flights.
What will the weather be like and what should I pack?
Our weather is typically sunny, with some showers around June. We recommend bringing a windbreaker, hiking type pants and shoes, and a hat. Bringing a swimsuit and sandals would be recommended as well! Expect temperatures from 15 degrees to 30 degrees. (50°F-86°F)
