Questionnaire
You will receive an email back with more info about booking your session with ileah! Once we know more about what you're looking for, a detailed questionnaire will be sent your way along with information for booking!
You're booked!
An invoice and contract will be sent to you with instruction and payment options, once session fee is paid you're booked! Yay!
Prepare
Now that we know what you're looking for the fun begins! For lifestyle sessions a info package to help with outfits and day of tips will be sent your way! For fantasy we often like to have a little phone chat to discuss outfit ideas, and we can even bring by items or face time to show any props/outfits you're interested in!
The Day Of
Yay it's the big day! We will decided ahead of schedule a time and location to meet for your session! If this includes hair/makeup an address will be provided where we can all meet and have fun chatting while you get all done up!
A sneak peek will be posted or sent to you the day after your session, as we know you'll be dying to see the magic!
Delivery
The session is complete and the editing begins! Lifestyle sessions typically take 2-4 weeks for completion, and fantasy can take 2-6 depending on the level editing required (ie background changes, magical creatures added etc) We will set up a time and day to meet to show all of your wonderful images and choose your products! Products will arrive 6-8 weeks after ordering.
FAQ
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Payment plans can begin weeks or months before a session if desired! All payment must be paid in full before products will be ordered.
Do I have to supply all my props and outfits?
We have many gowns and props on hand for clients to use! If I don't have something needed we can look at options together. Clients are always welcome to use their own props/outfits if they fit the vision!
Do You Ever Offer Mini Sessions?
Yes! Certain times of year we will offer Special Edition fantasy or lifestyle sessions, so be sure to keep an eye on my facebook page!
What Types of Payments Are Accepted?
An invoice will be sent showing an option for credit card, but e-transfers, cash, or cheque are also accepted!
Do you always share clients images on social media?
Your images will only be shared with your consent! There will be a section in your contract where you can choose if you would like your images publicly shared!
